CPACC practice questions
that explain why.
Every question comes with a full explanation — for the right answer and all the wrong ones. Hint when you're stuck, BoK reference always visible, and reasoning behind every option.

Step by step
From "pick a topic" to "I understand this"
Pick a domain or module
Start with a single IAAP domain (Disabilities, Accessibility Standards, Laws…) or go deeper and target a specific module. The configurator lets you set exactly how many questions you want in the session.
Answer — distractors reshuffled
Every attempt randomises the wrong-answer options so you can't rely on position memory. You have to actually understand the concept to land on the right answer consistently.
Get an explanation for every option
After each answer, you see why the correct option is right — and why each wrong option is wrong. Most platforms only tell you the right answer. A11yPrep explains the logic behind all four.
Track weaknesses automatically
Every response feeds your progress dashboard. You'll see accuracy per domain and get actionable focus areas so your next session targets the places that actually need work.
Knowledge scope
14 modules mapped to the IAAP Body of Knowledge
The CPACC blueprint splits into three domains. A11yPrep breaks each one down into focused modules — so you can drill the exact section you're weakest at instead of grinding through a generic pool.
-
Domain 1 — Disabilities, Challenges & AT
40%5 modules — Theoretical models, Statistics, Detailed categories, Barriers & AT, Etiquette.
-
Domain 2 — Accessibility & Universal Design
40%Principles, guidelines, and universal design strategies across product and environment.
-
Domain 3 — Standards, Laws & Management
20%WCAG, EN 301 549, EAA, ADA, Section 508 — plus organisational accessibility management.
Weights match the official CPACC blueprint — exam-mode sessions sample questions in the same proportion.
Session configurator
Tune every session
to your exact needs.
Before starting, pick the modules you want and the number of questions. A 5-question warm-up on the bus or a 100-question marathon at the desk — you're in control.
- Mix and match any combination of modules within a domain
- Set length from 5 to 161 questions per session
- Practice mode shows hints and feedback after every answer
- Mock-exam mode hides everything until you submit
- Flag questions mid-session and review before finishing
Two modes, one engine
Learn the material, then prove it under exam conditions.
Practice mode is for understanding — hints, explanations, and zero pressure. The Full Mock Exam swaps all that for a 100-question / 90-minute simulation that mirrors the real CPACC sitting.
Before you start. Same rules as the real exam — 100 questions, 90 minutes, 70% to pass, and the same blueprint split.
During the exam. Countdown timer, flag-for-review, jump between questions — but no hints, no feedback until you submit.
| Practice (Learn) | Full Mock Exam | |
|---|---|---|
| Hints | On demand | Disabled |
| Feedback | After every question | Only after submit |
| Explanations | For every option | In the review screen |
| Timer | None | 1h 30m, auto-submit |
| Session length | 5 → 161 questions | 100 questions (40 / 40 / 20) |
| Goal | Understand the concept | Simulate exam pressure |
Pedagogy
Why I built it this way
Every design decision in the quiz engine has a reason grounded in how people actually retain complex information.
Randomised distractors prevent pattern memorisation
Spaced repetition platforms often fix option order. After a few passes, candidates memorise "B is always right for this question" rather than the underlying concept. A11yPrep reshuffles on every attempt.
Wrong-answer explanations double learning value
Understanding why a plausible distractor is wrong consolidates the underlying concept far more effectively than simply being told the right answer. It mirrors how expert test-takers think.
Every question is mapped to the IAAP Body of Knowledge
Each question carries a BoK reference so you know exactly which section of the exam blueprint you're practising. Nothing is invented — everything traces back to IAAP source material.
Domain proportions match the real exam blueprint
The CPACC exam draws questions per a published blueprint. The question bank reflects the same weighting so a full mock exam closely approximates real exam experience.
